“Goodwill’s mission is to provide jobs and job training for people with disabilities or other barriers to employment. While we’re not set up as a disaster relief organization, we do have the infrastructure in place to accept large quantities of donations and transport them throughout the city,” said David Cox, president and CEO of Goodwill North Central Texas. “Our hearts are broken over those who have lost everything and who are displaced from their homes; therefore we are so happy to be able to assist in this effort alongside the City and the County.”
Goodwill North Central Texas stands ready to assist our sister agencies at Goodwill Industries of Houston, Goodwill Industries of Southeast Texas and Southwest Louisiana (Beaumont/Lake Charles) and Goodwill Industries of South Texas (Victoria/Corpus Christi) once they determine any needs we can fulfill.
