Goodwill Fort Worth Employee Tests Positive for COVID-19

FORT WORTH, TEXAS (July 10, 2020) – The health and safety of our employees and the broader Fort Worth community is our top priority. We are saddened to announce that an employee at our Bedford retail store has tested positive for COVID-19. 

We are supporting the affected employee and our thoughts are with them for a speedy recovery. 

All staff have been notified of the potential exposure and we are initiating a deep clean, following all recommended guidelines from health authorities. We will continue to adhere to all CDC prevention guidelines including, social distancing and ongoing cleaning and sanitizing. 

Out of respect for our employee’s privacy, we are keeping their identity private and encouraging all team members to restrain from sharing this colleague’s personal information. 

Anyone experiencing signs of COVID-19 such as a fever and cough are encouraged to contact their doctor or other health care provider immediately.
