Goodwill Employee Assistance Programs
Employees and their family members will be offered counseling services in a convenient location which best meets their needs. Call the number below, let the intake specialist know you are an employee of Goodwill Fort Worth and you are interested in attending face to face smoking cessation counseling. 1-800- 343- 3822.
Well Coach Phone Counseling
When you access WellCoach services, you will receive a personalized wellness plan based on individual health needs, plus referrals to screened wellness providers and free educational materials to support your plan. WellCoach health advisors stay in touch with each caller for at least one year to assist with implementing the wellness plan. Call – 1-800- 343- 3822.

Programs with proven success records may be eligible for reimbursement by Goodwill Industries of 50% up to $100. Programs included will be all methods listed above and must be conducted by recognized and reputable providers. Receipts will be submitted to Good Life Coordinator for reimbursement.
